FVMA Annual Conference Built One Photo at a Time
At Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, the FVMA mosaic experience became a repeat destination. Attendees returned five or six times, brought friends and pets, recorded Reels, and watched their individual portraits become part of one shared event image.

Create Participation That Builds Into Something Bigger
The FVMA Annual Conference needed an experience that could attract attendees across three event days and reward repeat participation. Strata Booth paired professional portraits and printed photo tiles with a live mosaic installation, allowing every guest image to contribute to the final artwork.
Instead of a static display, the mosaic changed throughout the conference. Guests could see the collective image take shape because of their participation.

They Came Back Again—and Again
Some attendees returned five or six times during the conference. Groups brought new friends, changed their poses, included pets and created fresh photos for the installation.
Guests also filmed the experience for Instagram Reels. That organic behavior matters: people were not merely willing to participate—they found the activation interesting enough to document and share on their own.
A Personal Photo + A Shared Reveal
Every interaction delivered two rewards. Guests received an individual, branded photo experience while also contributing a tile to the larger mosaic. The evolving artwork created a reason to look again later, which helped the activation remain relevant across multiple days.
One Conference, Hundreds of Different Personalities

The Mosaic Was Disrupted Twice. The Experience Never Stopped.
During the event, the physical mosaic board was disrupted on two separate occasions. Strata Booth repaired and restored the installation both times while keeping the activation moving.
That is the difference between equipment delivery and full-service event production: when something unexpected happens, the team protects the guest experience and finishes the job.
The Energy Stayed Strong Across the Event

The strongest proof was attendee behavior: they returned, brought more people, recorded the experience and kept participating.
