Most photo booth companies hide their pricing. We don't. Every event is custom-quoted because every event is different — here's what affects your price and what to expect.
Booth Type
A Glam Booth, 360 Video, AI Photo Booth, AI Video Booth, and Mosaic Wall each have different equipment, staffing, and design needs.
Event Hours
Most events run 3–6 hours. Multi-day conferences and brand activations are quoted by the day with crew rotations.
Custom Design
Templates only, or full brand integration with custom backdrops, branded wraps, and activation design.
Crew & Add-Ons

Available on request. Names your venue and/or company as additionally insured. Provided 30+ days before event.
Setup Time
60–90 minutes for standard booths. 2–3 hours for Mosaic Wall and multi-booth setups. We arrive 90+ minutes before guest arrival.
Power Requirements
Standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. Mosaic Wall and AI booths require dedicated 20-amp circuit. We bring extension cords and surge protection.
Space / Footprint
10×10 ft minimum for standard booths. 12×12 ft for Glam/Vogue/360. 20+ ft of wall space for Mosaic Wall. Flat, level surface required.
Indoor / Outdoor
Indoor preferred. Outdoor accepted with covered tent or pavilion. Must be flat surface, not direct sunlight on booth, and weather contingency required.
Wi-Fi Needs
Wi-Fi recommended for instant digital sharing and AI booth functionality. We carry hotspot backup. Cellular reception works as fallback.
Branding Deadlines
Custom templates and backdrops require artwork submission 10 business days before event. Rush 5-day available with surcharge.

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Orlando? +
Strata Booth packages start at $497 and scale based on booth type, event hours, custom branding, and add-ons. Most weddings range $1,200–$2,800. Most corporate events range $1,500–$5,000. Multi-booth brand activations are quoted custom. We send custom quotes within 1 business day — no obligation.
What types of photo booths do you offer? +

Do all photo booths include prints? +
Not every booth needs prints. Our Pro DSLR, Glam, Vogue, and select event booths can include onsite prints depending on the package. Digital Photo Booth, AI Photo Booth, AI Video Booth, 360 Video Booth, and some brand activation experiences are designed primarily for instant digital sharing. We'll recommend the right setup based on your event goals.

Yes. We provide corporate photo booth experiences for conferences, brand activations, trade shows, and corporate galas. We have served Disney, NASCAR, Google, Deloitte, JetBlue, and Florida Blue. Custom-branded templates, CRM-ready lead capture, and full-service crews are included.
Do you provide wedding photo booths? +
Yes. We provide luxury wedding photo booth rentals at venues across Orlando and Central Florida including Bella Collina, Four Seasons Orlando, and Ritz-Carlton Orlando. Our wedding booth experiences include on-site support, custom designs and easy digital sharing.
Can the booth be branded with our logo? +
Yes. Every booth includes custom-designed photo templates with your logos, colors, event hashtag, or wedding monogram. We also offer custom backdrops and full brand activation design. Artwork must be submitted 10 business days before your event.
Do you provide a COI? +
Yes. We carry full liability and equipment insurance. A Certificate of Insurance is provided on request, naming your venue or company as additionally insured. We have completed assignments at the Orange County Convention Center and Orlando convention hotels. We coordinate the documentation and approval required for your event.
Can multiple booths run at the same event? +
Yes. We routinely run 2–5 booths simultaneously at large corporate activations, conferences, and multi-room weddings. We scope staffing for each booth and coordinate setup, branding and gallery delivery as a single project.
Do you travel outside Orlando? +
Yes. We regularly serve Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Tampa, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and the entire Central Florida region. We also travel statewide and nationally for corporate clients. Travel is included in your custom quote.
