Women in the trades deserve an evening that celebrates them. For the Lady Titans Sweet Shoppe Social, Strata Booth brought a 360 video booth and a DSLR photo booth with prints to a lively evening gathering during ServiceTitan’s Pantheon conference in Orlando.
Two booth experiences. Two and a half hours. One community we loved celebrating.
A Conference Community, With a Personal Connection
ServiceTitan’s Pantheon conference brought trade professionals to Orlando’s Swan and Dolphin campus for its October 5–7, 2026 program. The Lady Titans Sweet Shoppe Social was an evening gathering within that broader conference experience, giving guests time to connect and celebrate outside the sessions.
Our role was to provide the photo and video booth experiences for this social. Its focus on women in the trades made it especially meaningful to us: a chance to celebrate the people building businesses, supporting their teams, and contributing to their industry.

A 360 Video Booth
The 360 video booth gave guests a playful way to enjoy the evening together. Movement, personality, and the Sweet Shoppe Social branding turned each clip into a reminder of the celebration.
A DSLR Photo Booth With Prints
The DSLR photo booth offered another way to participate: gather with friends, choose a prop, and leave with a printed keepsake. The photographs show the personality of the event, from “Love the Trades” signs to “Lady Titans in the Trades” props.
Pairing video with printed photos gave guests two different ways to enjoy the same social—an energetic moment on the 360 platform and a photograph they could hold onto.

A Wonderful Team Behind the Celebration
Our clients and their event planner were an absolute pleasure to work with—warm, supportive, and enthusiastic about creating a great evening for their guests. We were delighted to be part of the celebration alongside the people behind Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Lemon Seed Marketing, and Service Specialties, Inc.
That care came through in the event itself. The Sweet Shoppe theme and props made room for plenty of fun, while keeping the women and their trades community at the heart of the evening. These are the kinds of celebrations we love supporting.
Additional Requirements. A Tight Timeline.
Preparation involved event-specific protocols beyond the requirements we typically encounter at comparable events. Working in conjunction with Hello! Florida’s event managers, we addressed the additional documentation and approval requirements within a compressed timeframe.
We stayed focused on completing the required steps and being ready to deliver the contracted booth experiences. Our clients and their planner were wonderful throughout the process, and we appreciated their support as the event approached.
