Was that 578 individual guests?
The documented figure is 578 images in the mosaic board. It should not be read as a unique attendee count. Individual portraits and colleague photographs both contributed to the experience.
At Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, Strata Booth turned individual guest portraits into a shared piece of branded art for Mosaic Health’s 2026 Leadership Retreat. Across three event days, 578 images filled the mosaic board—and the artwork was completed before the event ended.

A leadership retreat brings people together around a common direction. For Mosaic Health, the photo mosaic made that idea visible: individual photographs combined into one larger branded image.
The artwork carried the retreat’s “One Mosaic. Protect. Evolve. Build.” message. Up close, guests could explore the portraits that made up the design. From farther away, those photographs formed one cohesive piece.
The photo station paired a camera booth and professional lighting with a blue backdrop and onsite printing. A separate physical mosaic display gave guests a place to see photographs become part of the larger installation.
A “Mosaic Art Wall” sign introduced the experience with a simple invitation: “You are the mosaic! Take your photo HERE!” The photo booth and artwork were arranged together in the retreat’s event area, making the connection between posing for a portrait and contributing to the wall easy to understand.

Guests posed with colleagues, then stopped at the wall to examine the portraits within the artwork. Across a three-day retreat, the display gave those individual interactions a shared destination: one image built from the people attending the event.

Individual portraits, colleague photos, and a little personality—each photograph was part of the experience that brought the mosaic to life.

The mosaic board brought together 578 images and was completed before the retreat ended. Guests could see the assembled artwork while they were still onsite, with the event’s message visible across a wall made from their photographs.
The finished image combined Mosaic Health’s branding, the retreat’s theme, and the faces of its participants. It gave the artwork a personal connection: the people gathering for the event were part of the picture itself.
That is the appeal of a live photo mosaic wall for a leadership retreat or conference. Each portrait contributes to a shared visual that reflects the event’s identity.

A shorter event requires its own plan. Board size, tile count, expected participation and available photo collection time affect the reveal. Share the time you want the artwork finished, so the configuration can be planned around that deadline.
At this retreat, the photo booth and physical display were arranged together in the event area. Guests could take a portrait, see the larger artwork and understand how their photo connected to the shared image. The gallery and walkthrough on this page show that relationship.
Start with physical, digital or hybrid format; the branded image; expected participation; available space; activation hours; and your reveal time. Confirm the final artwork and delivery arrangements in the event scope.
The 578-image result describes the photographs in the completed mosaic, not a verified unique-attendee count. When planning a mosaic, agree on the artwork, tile layout, contribution process and the time available for guests to take part.
At Mosaic Health, the photo station and physical wall were arranged together, and the event sign explained how guests could contribute. For a new retreat, make that connection easy to see and plan the contribution schedule around the moment you want guests to view the finished wall.
